We offer care management services with an emphasis on preventive care range from consultations and crisis management to, day-to-day support. Our services range from medical to social, family support to housing, and everything in between. We work with our clients, their families, and care partners to ensure the best quality of life and to encourage independence while also providing a safe and supportive environment.

Elder Care Experts is a team of experienced and highly motivated and passionate professionals, who has a wealth of expertise from previous positions and numerous years working in the field of ageing and gerontology. We have care managers with specialised knowledge of Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, ALS, and Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Roshan Jacob and Soumyalakshmi, principal Consultants  of  Elder Care Experts, brings 20 years of experience helping older adults and their families with major life transitions.
